A Board Game for Mental Health and Integration

Welcome to the second edition of our Inclusive Minds newsletter — a glimpse into how we're using play, conversation, and community to support migrant women’s mental well-being across Europe.

Despite increased awareness, mental health remains a taboo subject in many communities. For foreign-born women, immediate priorities such as employment, housing, and childcare often overshadow personal well-being. That’s why Inclusive Minds, an Erasmus+ co-funded project, is creating safe, supportive environments to spark honest dialogue and promote emotional resilience.
